naku naunahan na naman ako sa pag-reply kay gigil. but thanks sandramagalang.
since its release (yesterday lang po) the online UPCAT results site registered an average of more than 1,000 hits per hour until now. for the first day of release (jan 22, 2007), here’s the stats:
Hits/Page loads: 42,573
Unique visitors: 22,103
Returning visitors: 58,872
For january 23, 2007 (as of 6pm) here are the figures:
Hits/Page loads: 34,374
Unique visitors: 18,606
Returning visitors: 5,376
eh maggagabi pa lang. :O marami ding nagba-browse from other places like Taiwan, Hongkong, Australia, Japan, Indonesia, Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, Oman, U.K., United Arab Emirates, U.S., South Africa, etc.
ikaw na nga ang nagsabi na “we do not have the sophisticated technology” for such things but you complain about how slow the site is loading. at least may website debah?

UPCAT and UP System Website Advisory
To accommodate the large traffic generated by the online UPCAT Results, the University has dedicated a separate bandwidth for the UP System sites. Consequently, the UP System website and all System units it is hosting including the UPCAT website may not be accessible outside DilNet before 12 PM Thursday, January 25, 2007 Manila Time. UP Diliman hosted sites are not affected.

well, what else shud i felt…eh di i’m gonna be proud…FYI info our teachers wre not like what you guys have……they do not “baby sit” the students like what your teachers are doing…like you know they’re gonna give you some tasks to work all by yourself….its sort of they wanna ellicit knowledge from us ourselves which is pretty dreadful and challenging on our parts…so only few survives and i’m just one of the very few….and gosh you won’t get any support from them for the UPCAT, etc……i’m not selfish at all…kung selfish man me its coz you know i got used to treating every academic shit as competitions so you get wat i mean…and i have no complains with that coz our system do work for me……..

hi everyone! i think there is no point in proving which school is better. UP, Ateneo, DLSU or other schools around metro Manila and all over the entire country. Saying that your school is better than the others and giving none sense criticisms doesn’t make your school on top, does it? And saying swear words such as those that I’ve just read coming from a student from other Universities or colleges, i guess u’re nothing but a piece of trash on that school. Stop thinking as if u’re on top and yeah, UP has a great reputation to start of with. It can develop it’s students to their greatest capability and so are the other schools. It doesn’t really depend whether you’ll get accepted on what school. I guess it’s within the student if he/she will be succesfull in his/her future. so if you will stay on what you are now, i doubt it if you will be successfull someday. Someone so arrogant, boastful, conceited and overconfident as you condemning others will not make you less of an asshole.

Sup man. January 8. Whew….ustet will be released on jan 28 pa pala. Im really really excited. I only have 1 school palang and that’s ateneo. Any news on when the UP results will be out? I’m really desperate to know it. UP is still my dream school. Ateneo was really easy for me. On the UP exam, i really found it to be really hard. I could not even eat my kitkat while taking the exam. So if anyone there would have news regarding the UPCAT, please post kagad d2 ah!

yes nakapost na sa net ang ustet you have to know ur application no. my daughter also cheked the intarmed but she is not accepted in the program its ok its better to have a bacalaureate degree first b4 you go to med proper mas prepared ka at mas sure ka na talagang gusto mo mag med at tough ang cmpetition diyan e puro near genius o genius na yata ang mga nasa program na yan you will not enjoy college zero love life ka jan yan ang sinbi ko sa anak ko cool mom eh joke!

fyi, the first batch of resolved pending cases and cleared payment deficiencies was released last february 1, 2008.

10) most UPCAT passers are 17 when they passed because the results came out after they had turned 17. consider the gap between august 5, 2006 and january 22, 2007. that’s almost half a year! most people would have celebrated their birthdays during that time.
